Support for J-Link and J-Link OB?

Hueli.1

In the hardware requirements for the STM32CubeMonitor it is mentioned that an “STM32 target board“ is required. (wiki)

Does that mean that the monitor is not compatible with J-Link and J-Link OB and for example an STM32L433CC ?

Hello

J-Link and J-Link OB are not supported by STM32CubeMonitor. Version 1.0.0 supports only ST-Link probes (or boards including ST-Link like Nucleo).

Best regards

Stephane

Any plans to support J-Link in the future?

Hello

There is no plan to support this probes right now.

Best regards

Stephane

That's such a pity. J-Link is such a popular probe and having to switch between an ST-Link and J-Link to use this application is just extra hassle. Could you not contact Segger and ask for assistance in adding support?
