I want to throw a C file to SD Card and run it from inside the sd card. Is this possible?

No: to do that you would have to have a complete toolchain (compiler, linker, etc) on the Target to compile, link, load, and run the resulting code.

I explained there that you need to have the actual HTML, CSS, JS files themselves on the SD card.
