Does ST have ST-link for windows 11? I have an ST Nucleo-WL55iC that I need to work with but I use a Windows 11 PC. Turns out the ST-Link available on the ST website only works for windows 10 and lower.

Yes, the ST-LINK utility does work on normal Win11 (x64 CPU).
Version 22H2 here.

I downloaded the STM32Programmer but for some reason, my computer does not recognize the nucleo board. The lights turn on on the board when I connect it but no connection is established even on my device manager.

Hello @REssi.1 ,
Verify you are using quality cable that can transport data, this may be the cause of your issue.
