I bought a new laptop yesterday and installed and run touchgfx and I get an error. i know ...... why fail????

Hello,

Do you have a web page opened on your computer ? If not, it might be the reason because TouchGFX needs to access a server to get the AT and in your case it might not be able so make sure you load a random website beforehand.

Can you try deleting the %APPDATA%/TouchGFX-4.13.0 folder completely, and trying again?
