As per Data Sheet, (DS13195 or STM32H7AxI/G datasheet)
Direct channels are connected to analog I/Os (PA0_C, PA1_C, PC2_C and PC3_C)
Fast channels correspond for ADCx_INPx to PA6, PB1, PC4, PF11, PF13 and for ADCx_INNx to PA7, PB0,PC5, PF12, PF14
I could not able to find the PA0_C. PA1_C and PF11, PF12, PF13 and PF14 pins in STM32H7A3VIT6 pinout.
Could you please help me for this?

Not all chips have all pins broken out.
The STM32H7A3VIT6 is a LQFP100.
Looking at the datasheet, you can see that the PA0_C isn't broken out on this package. Same for the other pins you are looking for.
