How can I change the "Maximum output speed" for the GPIO output to toggle faster ?

I tried to get the minium delay between output state but I am limited by the GPIO toggling speed, I even tried PWM generation and there is an option on GPIO settings -> Maximum output speed but I can't change it by clicking on it.

Does anybody has an idea on how to set up the maximum speed for GPIO Output?

This to me sounds like question on CubeMX and its quirks and limitations.
