I faced this while erasing external memory from programmer

Which board revision are you using?
If you have a STM32H573I-DK-RevA board , please use MX25LM51245G_STM32H573I-DK.
If you have other boards revisions like as RevB or RevC, please use MX25LM51245G_STM32H573I-DK-RevB.
Please let me know if the issue is solved or not?

Please provide more detail of the exact board configuration, external memory, and external loader.
Provide logs from STM32 Cube Programmer, with Verbose Level 3
