speed feedback error in motor pilot software

Hello,
I put all values of pole pair speed current etc as show in below screenshot
but while during i start the profile speed feedback error i get
please let me know what is the problem

Did you check the hall sensor signals in the oscilloscope are they proper?

Based on your hall sensor displacement you should be getting a waveform similar to above when the motor is running.
All the 3 hall sensor signals shall not be all low or high, then there is a problem. Tap the 3 hall sensor signals and check on oscilloscope.

Do you use sensored (hall based) commutation?
H1,H2,H3 are hall signals
U,V,W are the inverter outputs. Both are different.
