In STM Cube IDE which HAL library is used to find speed of the motor.

Kindly suggest.

Hello YBhat.4,

First of all, we would like to apologize for the delay in replying to your post.

If your point is still relevant : there is no API in HAL library that returns the speed of the motor. However, such function can be found in our dedicated Motor Control API. (mc_api.c)
Be aware that the STEVAL SPIN3204 is currently not supported by our MCSDK, thus you will need to work from the code for SPIN3201 (or SPIN3201) or use the board manager to describe the SPIN3204.
