Current Sensor Reading Issue in STM32F0 Discovery Board

I'm working on BLDC Motor Controller project. I'm using STM32F030R8T6 Microcontroller (STM32F030R8T6 Discovery Board) for motor control application. The motor controller is working fine but while reading motor controller current I'm not able to read 40mV voltage (Voltage drop across shunt current sensor) in ADC. after 40mV I can read voltage. I have doubt on STM32F030 Discovery ADC accuracy.

Please suggest me how can I solve this issue and suggest any microcontroller for mid level motor controller development.
