ST-Link Utility Stopped working for the following processor STM32L496AGI3 I tried to download ST Cube programmer and the installer said that Java Runtime En. is either missing or corupt. I reinstalled Java and I still get the same message.

Make sure that you follow the STM32Cubeprogrammer User manual (Software Requirements).

In fact, there is no need to install any Java™ SE Run Time Environment since version 2.6.0.

The STM32CubeProgrammer runs with a bundled JRE available within the downloaded package and no longer with the one installed on your machine.

Please check this point and let me know if this resolve your issue.

Also try to download again the installer file, may be it is corrupted.
