Hi,
I am designing 2.7kw boost converter for which I am using SCTW100N65G2AG MOSFET. In the datasheet it lacks information about switching times(like rise time fall time and delays) and max DV/DT the MOSFET can take before failing. I feel these data is critical to operate MOSFET safely. Is there any information regarding this ?
