Because you failed at differentiating what a "Summary/Title" should convey vs the body of the content / question.
Your post was edited to fit forum expectations and norms, and improve chances others will find and respond.

That's normal.

As you can see in your screenshot, the initial title was too long - it doesn't fit on the line!
Therefore it has been shortened.
The idea of a title is that it should be a succinct summary of the topic.
Like a newspaper headline, which is short and to the point - giving just enough for the reader to decide whether to read the full post.

I dislike this behave that you change others' question without their permission.

Only the title was changed - not the question.
As noted, the title was unsuitable.

You're welcome to find another venue that fits your rules and expectations, but when you're here you'll need to follow those of the managers and moderators, and we'll edit posts, especially Titles/Summaries so that the top-level views are clear and manageable.
We'd prefer you edit and post yourself, but we're not going to ask people repeatedly to do this, and will edit to a form we collectively find appropriate in the hopes people pick up the cues and forms when we correct and normalize the presentation.
Your disagreement with this has been noted.
