Posted on December 13, 2017 at 17:32In Cortex-M3, M4, etc, we can just check the DEBUGEN bit in DHCSR (the Debug Halting Control and Status Register)http://infocenter.arm.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.arm.doc.ddi0337e/CEGCJAHJ.htmlBut in Cortex-M0, that register is not accessible to the user code.:(So - is there any other way on an STM32L0 to detect when the debugger is connected? #stm32l0 #debug

Does anyone have, or know where I could find, a Radio Test / Radiated Emissions report for the ST25?  It appears to have the appropriate approvals so the report should be available somewhere, but I just can't find it.

I'm working on emulating multiple USB devices using an STM32F4xx microcontroller. My goal is to dynamically change the USB controller's address at each SOF to cover the addresses of all my devices. However, I've encountered an issue: when I read the address from the hpcd_OTG structure, from hUsbDeviceFS and the DAD field, it differs from the address shown in Wireshark. Additionally, when I attempt to change the address, I don't receive any requests. The only way I can receive USB packets intended for that address is by resetting the address to 0. Any insights on why this might be happening?I am using "(void)USBD_LL_SetUSBAddress(pdev, dev_addr);" to set the address in the DCFG register and DAD fields.I have seen the Wrong software-read OTG_FS_DCFG register values erratum but the real problem is that only address 0 work.

Hallo ST Community, Which Part Marking has H3LIS331DL ? Thanks RegardsBadis

Hello everyone,  I am designing a PCB and I want a power path selector which can change the source between USB and Battery. Can I do this with STMPS2141STR ? I cannot find a circuit or an application note. This is my design is that correct ? Can somebody explain to me please

In STM32H503 USB device mode, I found that SOF interrupts are periodically lost, SOF interrupts trigger normally in about 300ms,then SOF interrupts does not trigger in the next 300ms,and so on, if ESOF interrupt are enabled, ESOF interrupt will trigger periodcally, I have checkd usb bus with logic analyzer, and the SOF signal always appers within 1ms ,there is no SUSPEND or RESET signal, What's wrong?

After spending some time debugging my project, I was able to narrow my problem down to this and reproduce it as follows:File, New, STM32 ProjectSelect NUCLEO-L412KBIn Pinout & Configuration, SYS, choose Timebase Source TIM16In Project Manager, Code Generator, select Enable Full AssertDebug... assert_failed() at main.c:197 0x80002a0 HAL_NVIC_SetPriority() at stm32l4xx_hal_cortex.c:192 0x80006fe HAL_InitTick() at stm32l4xx_hal_timebase_tim.c:49 0x800030e HAL_RCC_OscConfig() at stm32l4xx_hal_rcc.c:482 0x8000a7a SystemClock_Config() at main.c:124 0x800022c main() at main.c:79 0x80001d8

How can i add multiple charts to the dashboard? I want to use at least 2-charts in the dashboard, and monitor some variables (not an array) on a chart while some other variables (not an array) on a different chart. I have seen one chart + gauge(s) examples a lot. But all I need is to use two or more charts in the dashboard.

When Debugging the code in STM32 Cube IDE, the program execution flow directly goes into the HardFault Handler. The Debugging starts at HardFault Handler and I don't know why? Also this happened when I am trying to interface Sx1262 LoRa Module with STM32L496ZGTP. If anyone have come across similar issues please help me in this concern.Thank You

Hello everyone,I have a stm32h573. I want to get 24 bit resolution. There were those who said I could do it in dual mode. Can I get 24 bit adc resolution using dual mode? There is a 36 bit CDR register. But I really want to know if it will give 24 bit resolution. Can you help? Thank you.

i'm using the AC6.16 compiler and keil 5.34.i'd like to use DMA in UART,and the file dma.c occured in both CM4 and CM7 folder(UART is attached to cortex-m4).but when i want to compile CM4 and CM7 project, both have said that "multiply defined".how can i do to resolve?thx.

Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of debugging an application through USB connectivity following the installation of the Secure Manager. Specifically, I am interested in knowing if it is feasible to load and debug the application in USB mode after the Secure Manager has been set up.Thank you for your time and assistance.Best regards,P.Hitesh

I'm using STM32L4 nucleo board, before it was working fine but suddenly it started giving error while flashing the codeI have attached screenshots please help me out. I don't know what is the issue exactly.

Hello, Looking through the data sheet for the STWBC86, there doesn't appear to be a way to write to the FTP (Few Times Programmable) memory, nor save individual configuration register values over i2c.  Any register values are only written to RAM and lost upon reboot... No worries, use the FTP memory for the config, but there doesn't appear to be a command in the data sheet to either: Saving register values to the FTP Memory one at a time Using an address to write the header values for config / patch to (nor the process, if it differs from just writing all bytes to the specified address) If neither is possible which would be strange, what's the recommended process to program the chip at the factory?

Please i don't find this reference

Hello,I have custom board with MCU STM32H735IGTx connected via OctoSPI to QuadSPI external flash memory MX25L12833FM21-10GIn order to flash the external memory I am using external flash loader based on the template in https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/stm32-external-loader/tree/contrib When I am running from the embedded SW application the test template (include erase, write and memory mapping) the test pass OK.When I am running the external loader from the cube programmer the read from 0x90000000 failsWhen I am running the external loader from cube IDE I get 'Erasing external memory sectors [0 23] failureAttached external flash BSP driver mx25l128_quadspi.c , loader template Loader_Src.c and MX driver octospi.cHelp will be highly appreciated!Best regards

Dear community, I have faced with the problem in our developed boards with STM32F407 MCU. The firmware is based on FreeRTOS, vector table is located as usually in the beginning of 0x08000000 (see part of list file below).   Idx Name Size VMA LMA File off Algn0 .isr_vector 00000188 08000000 08000000 00010000 2**0CONTENTS, ALLOC, LOAD, READONLY, DATABoards with MCU are flashed with USB-UART adapter and STM32 Flash loader demonstrator https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/flasher-stm32.htmlBoards have some parameters (configuration of sensors), stored in the Flash memory, so we used sector 7 for these data, and customer can update the information about these sensor parameters. Mainly boards works well, but some of them were returned from the customer as "works well, but now don't works at all". After reading the memory damp and comparison with reference board with the same firmware that works perfect, I have found that some memory area is corrupted, and it is on

Hi,i am currently trying to read out VBAT of a STM32WB55CGU6 Board (Custom).VBAT is connected to a 3V Battery, and all other VDD pins are connected to the same battery since the board is only powered by this battery.I have setup ADC1 and enabled the VBatChannel (at least in CubeMX).My Question is how to read out the ADC Value of VBAT?So far i have tried the following: static void MX_ADC1_Init(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC1_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE END ADC1_Init 0 */ ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0}; /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC1_Init 1 */ /* USER CODE END ADC1_Init 1 */ /** Common config */ hadc1.Instance = ADC1; hadc1.Init.ClockPrescaler = ADC_CLOCK_ASYNC_DIV1; hadc1.Init.Resolution = ADC_RESOLUTION_12B; hadc1.Init.DataAlign = ADC_DATAALIGN_RIGHT; hadc1.Init.ScanConvMode = ADC_SCAN_DISABLE; hadc1.Init.EOCSelection = ADC_EOC_SINGLE_CONV; hadc1.Init.LowPowerAutoWait = DISABLE; hadc1.Init.ContinuousConvMode = DISABLE; hadc1.Init.NbrOfConversion = 1; hadc1.Init.Di
