Is there a MATLAB script to plot and export the .dat files saved by the STWINBX1 datalogger ?

Hi, i'm trying to set up the RTC timer to be able to use the alarm and HAL_RTC_Init always return HAL_TIMEOUT. It seem like RTC_ICSR_INITF never go to 1.  uint8_t init_RTC() { /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 0 */ RTC_TimeTypeDef sTime = {0}; RTC_DateTypeDef sDate = {0}; /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 1 */ HAL_PWR_EnableBkUpAccess(); __HAL_RCC_LSI_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_RTC_CONFIG(RCC_RTCCLKSOURCE_LSI); __HAL_RCC_RTC_ENABLE(); while((RCC->CSR & 0x2) == 0);//wait till the clock is ready /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 1 */ /** Initialize RTC Only */ hrtc.Instance = RTC; hrtc.Init.HourFormat = RTC_HOURFORMAT_24; hrtc.Init.AsynchPrediv = 127; hrtc.Init.SynchPrediv = 255; hrtc.Init.OutPut = RTC_OUTPUT_DISABLE; hrtc.Init.OutPutRemap = RTC_OUTPUT_REMAP_NONE; hrtc.Init.OutPutPolarity = RTC_OUTPUT_POLARITY_HIGH; hrtc.Init.OutPutType = RTC_OUTPUT_TYPE_OPENDRAIN; hrtc.Init.OutPutPullUp = RTC_OUTPUT_PULLUP_NONE

Hi, I have a NUCLEO-WBA52CG dev board.I am seeing an issue whenever I do hard reset for the first time after power-on.After power-on my the loaded application works as expected, after a hard reset(using the button), the clock configuration seems to be about 44% what is expected. This behavior can be observed with the BSP example for the board. Basically the delays between LED blinks are longer. I also had an application that prints something via UART and the output was garbage on my serial terminal until i adjusted the baud rate accordingly.I have not fully tested what else is non-functional but other peripherals may also be affected since my other application(Using SPI, DMA, interrupts, etc) was no longer working as expected instead of just running slower.Interestingly, a second reset fixes the issue. A third reset goes back to the problem state, and then another reset it is again working as expected.

I want to use a STM32G4 device in a new project but I was disappointed to find the USB implementation only supported Device mode.What is the hardware (implemented in the MCU) that make it capable of host mode from device mode (OTG supports both)?  Without knowing the answer - can the missing hardware be implemented in software using the USB cell made for just device mode?  Thanks.

Hi,I want to install an SFI on my microcontroller (NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q) using the following script:#!/bin/sh# Set to the default installation path of the Cube Programmer tool# If you installed it in another location, please update pathtool_dir=~/STMicroelectronics/STM32Cube/STM32CubeProgrammer/binmy_curr_dir=$(pwd)sfi_bin=$my_curr_dir/../Binary/OEM_Dev.sfirsse_bin=$tool_dir/RSSe/U5/enc_signed_RSSe_sfi_U5_2M.bincd $tool_dirsudo $tool_dir/STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=SWD mode=HOTPLUG -sfi $sfi_bin hsm=1 slot=1 -rsse $rsse_bincd $my_curr_dir The thing is, when I do it through the interface, I select the HSM license I want to use: The question is: What would be the command/script to use the HSM license that I have generated (../Binary/MyLicense.bin)Best regards,

On the ST website it shows 1.14.0 and 1.15.0 and 1.15.1.But also if I try to download the 1.14.0, say generic linux, I just get the debian one every time en.st-stm32cubeide_1.14.0_19471_20231121_1200_amd64.deb_bundle.sh.zipI need the above to archive my project. v1.15.0 broke some stuff so I have up on it and finished with 1.14.1.The windows 1.14.1 I have OK.Any help much appreciated.

STM32CubeProgrammer version 2.16.0Target STM32G0B0RET6, device ID 0x467, Rev Z, 512KB flash, bootloader 0xD0When loading a large bin file (425kB), the programmer tries to erase 65364 sectors! There's only 256 sectors in target, and the image only needs 212 sectors erased.When using an ST-Link SWD interface it gets past this (albeit erasing entire flash) and programs the flash OK, but when using USB it just locks up.It doesn't happen with smaller files that will fit in bank 1, just larger files that require 2 banks.If I do a full chip erase first, then tick "skip flash erase before prog" then it avoids this problem. However I need to preserve config data at top of flash, so this is not a good workaround.I think it's a similar problem to this post so I replied to that, then thought I should start a separate thread.Here's some basic logs in case it helps. Hi,the Nema API shipped with the latest TouchGFX release is missing the "nema_set_recolor_color" API call.Will there be an update or, even better, an official way to download the API documentation, library and headers without the need to download TouchGFX?

Hello,I am using the STSPIN32G4 IOC file from MC Workbench for a motor control example. However, I encounter the following errors during the build process. I ran system bootloader, I can perform the bootloader process using the STM32CubeProgrammer software via USART. But what I want is to run the bootloader software over TCP or UDP using the USART protocol. Because my UART2 line is connected to a TCP converter.I wrote a piece of code using Python, but it's very slow and disconnects after a while. Is it possible to enable STM32CubeProgrammer to communicate with UART protocol over TCP?Softwareally, I used TCP to Uart converters, but STM32CubeRogrammer is getting a time delay error.My system is as follows;

Hier ist die englische Übersetzung deines Textes: --- Hello everyone, I am quite new to the STM family. I am currently working on a project where I need to send data to and read data from an NFC tag using an NFC reader (NFC07A1). This data should then be sent via Bluetooth to another microcontroller and output there via USART. I have already familiarized myself with data input and output via USART. However, I first tried to read the UID of a tag. A UID is always displayed without using a tag. It turned out that it is the UID of the NFC07A1 because I read the UID of the reader using an Android app (just mirrored). As soon as I use my phone as a tag and hold it to the reader, an error message appears. Any other tag I have tried is not even recognized. Only the phone, but it is not readable. This is the code to read the UID:```cvoid MX_NFC7_ReadUID(void){  char uid_str[50]; // Buffer to hold the formatted UID string   // Check if the NFC reader is

I have a BMA5 accelerometer sensor and I want to change its I2C address. I have enabled I2C1 in cubemx and set pull-up for SDA and SCK lines. I need guidance on the program algorithm and cubemx setting for this task as I am new to this field. Also, I would like to know, do I have to initialize the I2C1_init() again after setting the new address. Thank you.

Using the Nucleo L412KC as a template, I fabbed a tiny test board to see if I could make my own kit.It is extremely basic, but when I connect the 3V3, GND, NRST, SWDIO, SWDCLK, none of the reset modes in the IDE result in the STLINK detecting the chip: Starting server with the following options:Persistent Mode : DisabledLogging Level : 1Listen Port Number : 61234Status Refresh Delay : 15sVerbose Mode : DisabledSWD Debug : Enabled Target no device found Error in initializing ST-LINK device.Reason: No device found on target. Here is the schematic: See, extremely basic!Here is the layout:I'm using a V2 (not a V2 ISOL). Hello everyone,I used Nucleo-F767ZI board for my vehicle robot. I just securely attach the board to the robot and then testing my robot move on different terrains.After this test, I can not connect ST-Link (fail.txt file appeared) and my board did not operate anymore. I tried to press RESET button or upgrade ST-Link firmware, reconnect USB cable or even reset my computer but nothing worked.I believe this board dead. My question: Does ST have documents on shock protection or anti-vibration standards for the Nucleo board?Do I need to install an additional damping system for the board?

Hello I m trying to figure out how to configure the  CCR bit field in I2C_CCR register in STM32F407 in the reference manual RM0090 it says check the datasheet for the definitions of "tr(SCL) + tw(SCLH)." but I couldn't find them on the datasheet. On the section of I2C characteristics there only I2C analog filter characteristics. Can anyone help?

Hello,I am use a winbond W25Q128JV chip which is connected to the OCTOSPI interface of my STM32H563. I read/write the flash in direct mode. The transfers are done with DMA. Everything works fine as long as the address is smaller than 0x200000 (2 MByte). As soon as I cross that border the DMA stops with HAL_XSPI_FLAG_TE. Has anyone an idea what I am doing wrong?This is how I parametrize the transfer:  (void)memset(&eCmdType, 0x00, sizeof(eCmdType)); eCmdType.Instruction = 0x0B; /* Fast read data */ eCmdType.InstructionMode = HAL_XSPI_INSTRUCTION_1_LINE; eCmdType.InstructionWidth = HAL_XSPI_INSTRUCTION_8_BITS; eCmdType.InstructionDTRMode = HAL_XSPI_INSTRUCTION_DTR_DISABLE; eCmdType.AddressMode = HAL_XSPI_ADDRESS_1_LINE; eCmdType.AddressWidth = HAL_XSPI_ADDRESS_24_BITS; eCmdType.Address = _iStartAddress; eCmdType.DataMode = HAL_XSPI_DATA_1_LINE; eCmdType.DataDTRMode = HAL_XSPI_DATA_DTR_DISABLE; eCmdType.DataLength = _iSize; eCmdType.AlternateBytesMode = HAL_XSPI_ALT_B
