HEY.I'm testing the ST25DV64KC on IOS (Iphone 14) to save/change the password but I'm not able to get the error: Tag connection lost Example of data sent with the command in Swift: tag.sendRequest(requestFlags: Int(data[0]),commandCode: Int(data[1]), data: data.advanced(by: 2)) { (res: Result<(NFCISO15693ResponseFlag, Data?), date values = 00B30201B8F355AA00000000 transform into decimal How to resolve the error?

We are using two STM32 platforms, one is running STM32H735RGV6 and the other is running STM32F103C8T6, they are connected by a single wire and connecting as UART Half Duplex.Note that we did make it work in a UART in full duplex mode for STM32F103C8T6 previously without any problem using another platform. The STM32H735RGV6 is transmitting messages as expected, we do not know it by seeing bytes using a logic analyzer, and we do not know if it can receive yet, and it is configured as this: ======= huart7.Instance = UART7; huart7.Init.BaudRate = 19200; huart7.Init.WordLength = UART_WORDLENGTH_8B; huart7.Init.StopBits = UART_STOPBITS_1; huart7.Init.Parity = UART_PARITY_NONE; huart7.Init.Mode = UART_MODE_TX_RX; huart7.Init.HwFlowCtl = UART_HWCONTROL_NONE; huart7.Init.OverSampling = UART_OVERSAMPLING_16; huart7.Init.OneBitSampling = UART_ONE_BIT_SAMPLE_DISABLE; huart7.Init.ClockPrescaler = UART_PRESCALER_DIV1; huart7.AdvancedInit.AdvFeatureInit = UART_ADVFEATURE_NO

Hi.I use a trigger source to trigger  SPI tx/rx linked-list DMA (not circular). But have no clues how to jude if the tx/rx DMA is done. I traced the IRQ handler, it calls, the code below:    /** * @brief DMA SPI transmit receive process complete callback. * hdma: pointer to a DMA_HandleTypeDef structure that contains * the configuration information for the specified DMA module. * @retval None */ static void SPI_DMATransmitReceiveCplt(DMA_HandleTypeDef *hdma) { SPI_HandleTypeDef *hspi = (SPI_HandleTypeDef *)((DMA_HandleTypeDef *)hdma)->Parent; if (hspi->State != HAL_SPI_STATE_ABORT) { if ((hspi->hdmarx->Mode == DMA_LINKEDLIST_CIRCULAR) && (hspi->hdmatx->Mode == DMA_LINKEDLIST_CIRCULAR)) { #if (USE_HAL_SPI_REGISTER_CALLBACKS == 1UL) hspi->TxRxCpltCallback(hspi); #else HAL_SPI_TxRxCpltCallback(hspi); #endif /* USE_HAL_SPI_REGISTER_CALLBACKS */ } else { /* Enable EOT interrupt */ __HAL_SPI_ENABLE_IT(hspi, SPI_IT_EOT);

When compiling code for the U575 from the IOC file a warning pops up that SMPS must be enabled.  However, we cannot find this setting under the PWR tab nor via the A-Z listing of properties.  What must be done to clear this warning?

Hi,I have a background in electrical engineering but am a complete beginner with embedded engineering. I've bought two nucleo f767zi boards with the goal to send information between them using Ethernet with the built in rj45 port. My goal right now is to utilize the built in user button to light a LED on the other board. Once i get a working initial code ill be able to build on it from there. However, im struggling a lot to even get the initial code working. I'm using the stm32cube and after a lot of reading i've decided to go for FREErtos(cmsis V2) and lwip using the netconn API (although raw would work as well). The two boards will utilize the same code but i will manually comment out one of these two lines (743 or 744) in the code before flashing the boards.//tcpecho_init();ping_init();  My problem right now is that the code leaves the ping_thread after this line and do not seem to come back no matter if i press the button. (line 601)semaphore_status = xSemaphore

Hello community! We are trying to develop an application based on Ethernet using  LwIP stack in STM32H755ZI-Q nucleo board which supports only RMII mode of configuration. We need a communication to be based on TCP protocol. For this we need some solutions for how to enable the required modules and functions in generated files and please suggest us the example files to transmit and receive the data via ethernet from board to board, board to PC or Board to PLC (Especially the functions and how to configure and pass the function parameters with data).

How can I permanently write values into the registers of the VL6180x? I tried modifying the loadSettings() in begin(), such as changing the value at 0x0041 to 0x60 and then marking it. However, after repowering, the value at 0x0041 in the VL6180x reverts to 0. Does this mean that the register is volatile memory? Or how should I modify the NVM to write the values I want?Thanks in advance.

Dear,Some images are not shown on STM32 MPU OP-TEE overview and STM32MP15 OP-TEE overview.Thanks!

Hello, i am trying to configure the on-board TFT-LCD on STM32F429-Disc0 board and i want to do it without using HAL drivers, every tutorial on youtube or other platforms i see, are using CubeMX or HAL or both. I understand we need SPI5 to configure the ILI9341 peripheral (unlike the STM32F7 where only LTDC config is required), i feel there are less resources to - 1) understand the data sheet of the LCD peripheral, its way complicated for a beginner  2) understand the LTDC registers in the reference manual, and what default values should be put into them3) creating functions to write something on the LCD screen, to draw and more, very complex and no one has explained them properly on youtube. I know there is a CubeMX example available which shows stm logo on screen but it also uses HAL and is complicated to understand a proper code structure and the flow of the code and what to do and when. Any suggestions/guidance?

Hello,the VL53L5CX and L7CX ULD guides mention that a target status of 6 and 9 should be considered with a confidence of 50 %, while a comment in the api.h file says that  "5 & 9 means ranging OK", which gives the impression of a higher confidence ration than 50 %. Therefore, my question is: how to exactly deal with measurements with the status 9?

Hi, I am wondering if you can get STM32 MCU with integrated Bluetooth Classic as the only examples I have found (Like WB55) are all bluetooth low energy?

I followed this tutorial and I'm able to transmit UDP packets from my nucleo board to my computer. I've configured the code to use lwIP without freeRTOS. I'm trying to receive packets on my board over Ethernet by setting up a callback and it never enters the callback even though wireshark shows that packets are being sent. I'm also able to ping the ip address of the nucleo board and get a response. Any thoughts/debugging tips would be helpful! struct udp_pcb* my_udp = udp_new(); udp_connect(my_udp, &PC_IPADDR, 9000); printf("Connected to Ethernet.\n\r"); udp_recv(my_udp, UDP_RXCallback, NULL);void UDP_RXCallback(void *arg, struct udp_pcb *upcb, struct pbuf *p, const ip_addr_t *addr, u16_t port) { printf("in callback\n\r"); /* Free receive pbuf */ pbuf_free(p); }

 How to debug or run both cores (Cortex-M4 and Cortex-M7) simultaneously on an STM32H747I board using STM32CubeIDE? What are the specific steps and configurations needed to initiate and synchronize the debug sessions of both cores?

Dear all,I'm struggeling to get FDCAN2 working on my board. I also use FDCAN1 - which is working pretty good.For FDCAN1 I selected the RxFifo0 and for FDCAN2 I selected RxFifo1.But for some reasons, I dont get the callback for HAL_FDCAN_RxFifo1Callback().Thats part of my own code, where I used the _weak function HAL_FDCAN_RxFifo1Callback(  // CAN 2 receive interrupt callback void HAL_FDCAN_RxFifo1Callback(FDCAN_HandleTypeDef *hfdcan, uint32_t RxFifo1ITs) { //.... // the incoming message will be used for further scenarios //... } I can also see that the interrupt function will not be called for FDCAN2 if I put a breakpoint into this section (FDCAN1 is working as mentioned) void FDCAN2_IT1_IRQHandler(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN FDCAN2_IT1_IRQn 0 */ /* USER CODE END FDCAN2_IT1_IRQn 0 */ HAL_FDCAN_IRQHandler(&hfdcan2); /* USER CODE BEGIN FDCAN2_IT1_IRQn 1 */ /* USER CODE END FDCAN2_IT1_IRQn 1 */ } I also added my .ioc file - much appreciate

As per JimSChen.4 said in the year of 2020, "This question has been asked several times but I have to raise it again". I am stuck on this EXACTLY same issue again.Board: STM32H757-EVALSTM32CubeIDE: Version 1.15.1 (Build: 21094_20240412_1041(UTC))STM32CubeMX version (6.11.1)STM32Cube FW_H7 V1.11.2Configuration:System Core->CORTEX_M7: both CPU DCache and ICache are enabledConnectivity->ETH->Mode: RMIIFREERTOS_M7: CMSIS_V2Now the issue is exactly as JimSchen said in this link "STM32CubeMx NO_SYS/With_RTOS option problem with lwip and FREERTOS" 1. LWIP's "Enable" greys out if only Cortex-M7 is selected.2. When both Cortex-M7 and Cortex-M4 are selected, "Enable" becomes available. However, NO_SYS (OS Awareness) is always "OS Not Used" and unchangeable.By the way, an old project, created by using STM32CubeMX version (6.8.1) and STM32Cube FW_H7 V1.11.0, does not have this issue. I can still enable LWIP with only Cortex_M7 selected. However, if migrate to the lates

I decided to replace the STM32F105 with the STM32G0B in my project.I have problems setting up FDcan.The STM32F105 had an “automatic bus-off management” setting, but the STM32G0B does not! This feature is enabled by default, how can I disable it? So that when Can-bus has errors, it doesn’t stop!

Hello! I didn't find Driver of MPL115A2 for STM32, I tried to create a simple oneI'm not able to get dynamic data from the sensor.I connected it as below:VDD > STM32 3.3VGND > STM32 GNDSCL > PB8SDA > PB9HSR > not connectedSDWN > not connectedThis is the code i'm trying    // MPL115A2 registers with bit shifts for I2C communication #define MPL115A2_REG_PRESSURE_MSB 0x00 // Padc_MSB #define MPL115A2_REG_PRESSURE_LSB 0x01 // Padc_LSB #define MPL115A2_REG_TEMP_MSB 0x02 // Tadc_MSB #define MPL115A2_REG_TEMP_LSB 0x03 // Tadc_LSB #define MPL115A2_REG_A0_MSB 0x04 // a0_MSB #define MPL115A2_REG_A0_LSB 0x05 // a0_LSB #define MPL115A2_REG_B1_MSB 0x06 // b1_MSB #define MPL115A2_REG_B1_LSB 0x07 // b1_LSB #define MPL115A2_REG_B2_MSB 0x08 // b2_MSB #define MPL115A2_REG_B2_LSB 0x09 // b2_LSB #define MPL115A2_REG_C12_MSB 0x0A // c12_MSB #define MPL115A2_REG_C12_LSB 0x0B // c12_LSB #define MPL115A2_REG_CONVERT 0x12 // CONVERT // Perform a memory read to read

hello,I have a very simple question, I have asked a FAE,but not solved.I am using STM32CubeMX to config a project. I used an external 32.768khz crystal. I want to set the RTC clock to the external crystal. below is my setting.I think i have enabled HSE and LSE. the clock to RTC is fixed to LSI RC, but I want to use LSE, not LSI, how can I setting? Thanks,dqsh06

HELLO,Can someone tell me the time accuracy of the output rate of II3DHHC?ThanksTakenari otawa

Hi st friends:  stm32mp135f-dk bord use pmic  STPMIC1D, but it is too expensive than STPMIC1A.can i replace STPMIC1D with STPMIC1A

I am using LSM6DSOX with Unico Gui, how can i plot external data in Unico Gui? Is that possible? The data is in the attachement

Hello, I have never used STM before and I am trying to choose a product, but I cannot buy and try each of them due to their prices. I am doing high-frequency work and I need a screen. STM32H735G-DK is a suitable board for me. However, there is a question that comes to my mind: When I select the board with STMCubeIDE, an exclamation mark appears next to the ADC pins on the board and I perceive the usage as restricted. In my application, what I need to do is to determine the time difference between the points above the threshold value among the data coming from an ADC pin. I also want to display the incoming data as a graph. Can I realize the application I want to do using the STM32H735G-DK board? Thanks.

In the ethernetif.c file,typedef enum{RX_ALLOC_OK = 0x00,RX_ALLOC_ERROR = 0x01} RxAllocStatusTypeDef; // Here, RxAllocStatusTypeDef type is not used.It says that RxAllocStatusTypeDef is not used, which violates misra-c:2012 2.3.Inferentially, this would require changing the type in the following code:[before]static uint8_t RxAllocStatus;[after]static RxAllocStatusTypeDef RxAllocStatus;It looks like the code should be changed, what do you think?

Why the uart stops working on stm32h755 device once the core clock has been modified and code has been generated using cubemx. It comes with a BSP code for serial communication (which i tried seperately) , that is also not working once the core clock has been modified.by defualt the core clock is in 64Mhz, if i switch the core to HSI with core running at 400Mhz the uart is giving garabage on the terminal in a fresh project. This is the initilization function generated by cubemxvoid MX_USART3_UART_Init(void){/* USER CODE BEGIN USART3_Init 0 *//* USER CODE END USART3_Init 0 *//* USER CODE BEGIN USART3_Init 1 *//* USER CODE END USART3_Init 1 */ huart3.Instance = USART3; huart3.Init.BaudRate = 115200; huart3.Init.WordLength = UART_WORDLENGTH_8B; huart3.Init.StopBits = UART_STOPBITS_1; huart3.Init.Parity = UART_PARITY_NONE; huart3.Init.Mode = UART_MODE_TX_RX; huart3.Init.HwFlowCtl = UART_HWCONTROL_NONE; huart3.Init.OverSampling = UART_OVERSAMPLING_16; huart3.Init.OneBitSampling = UART_
