Is there somebody to help me to understand FSMC configuration.

yes there is a lot of timing difference between these two types of memory.

read this Application Note for complete understanding (AN2784)

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I see AN2784 application note.

But for read timing, I can't see any difference between Figure 3 for Flash and Figure 6 for SRAM except for NADV signal which is don't care for non-multiplexed access.

For write timing, I can't see any difference between Figure 4 for Flash and Figure 6 for SRAM.

So I don't know the effect of choosing 10b (Flash) or 00b (Ram) for MTYP.

When I display signal on a oscilloscope, it seems there is no change when I use 10b or 00b for MTYP.
