I have a MKI72V1 adapter board. On Unico with V5 it does show up on the devices list however when I select the device I get an error message saying the device is not supported by the motherboard. Please advise.

Can you please update the firmware in your board. You need the firmware which is distributed in the STSW-MKI109W together with the Unico v5.0.0.

Please check the directory DFU and the UM0412 - DFU User Guide.pdf for instruction how to update the FW.

Hello and thanks for your response. I checked the DFU folder and it contained the eMotionV5.0.0.dfu file. However After updating FW using this file it still results in the same error.

Yes, the eMotionV5.0.0.dfu is the correct file. Are you sure that the FW upgrade was done correctly. Do you see that the firmware version is now 5.0.0 in Unico?
