Can't program 128bit data in STM32U5 OTP area with Programmer 2.17.0

DMoim.1
Associate II

Hi,

I've tried to program OTP area of STM32U575 at address 0x0BFA0010 with a quad-word (4x32bit of data) but only half are programmed (the first half) while the 2 remaining words are at 0xFFFFFFFF (erased state) and cannot be programmed anymore.

I've loaded a binary file with 128bits of data, chose the download attress at 0x0BFA0010 and pushed the download button.

Accoding to the datasheet the flash must be programmed 128bit at once: is that implemented in the programmer?

Best regards,

 Diego
