I'm missing the FATFS supporting library files after adding SDIO SD card support and FATFS support in the CubeMX code generation tool within STM32CubeIDE.
The funny thing is that those files are present in the project folder, just not in my project's folder structure in STM32CubeIDE.
What I am doing wrong here? I was under the impression that the CubeMX tool was supposed to add/link these files to the project automatically.

Hello @Kneepatch
Thank you for posting!
Are you using the latest version of CubeMX 6.13.0.

Not quite sure what you mean by that - please show the project structure.
Windows explorer folder tree view would also be useful.
If they are there, does it work if you add them to the CubeIDE project?
(yes, that does still leave the question of why CubeIDE didn't include them properly)

Here is the project structure:

I have tried linking them in the project manually like this, it just ends up breaking references in a different way. It makes me feel like this problem is a deep rabbit hole. I try to mimic to the best of my ability the same structure that is in Windows Explorer, even though it's not exactly one for one. Here is my attempt at linking them manually and the errors that I get:
