Hi STMicroelectronics! I am using your STM32F429 DISC1-DISCOVERY board. I am facing trouble to debug the code which I have generated without using HAL / Cubemax.

The program is uploaded to the board but still unable to view the printf function data on SWO. I have soldered the SB9 to view data on SWV/ SWO pin but still unable to see the printf data on ITM SWV data console.

The rest jumper status are:

SB4, SB6, SB8, & SB14 : ON

SB3, SB5, SB7, & SB15 : OFF

Project build status is 0 error, 0 warning.

Please resolve this issue immediately, it is my humble request to you.

The STM32-MCUs are tremendous.

Thank you!

If you need help, post your source code and show the debug/SWO settings.

My STM32 stuff on github - compact USB device stack and more: https://github.com/gbm-ii/gbmUSBdevice

@VIJAY1207  "The program is uploaded to the board"

Is it actually running?

What IDE are you using?

Are you able to do basic debug stuff - breakpoints, single-stepping, inspecting variables, etc?

Note that this is primarily a user-to-user forum; if you want priority support, you will need to raise a support request directly with ST and/or your FAE ...
