EXAMPLE for H7R with bad .ioc

in LwIP_UDPTCP_Echo_Server_Netconn_RTOS example for H7S3,

LwIP_UDPTCP_Echo_Server_Netconn_RTOS.ioc returns error

Invalid State: Most probably trying to open 'LwIP_UDPTCP_Echo_Server_Netconn_RTOS.ioc' file from an abnomal previous IDE session exit. Please close such editor and have a new try to recover properly.

but there are no other editors open - i just downloaded a fresh version in new directory.

Using STM32CubeIde 1.8.1 in Window computer

I opened it on my side it works correctly. Please use the latest version of CubeMX.

Opens fine here in standalone CubeMX.

How are you trying to open it in CubeIDE? File -> New -> From existing IOC?

In STM32CubeIde, I made File-> New->STM32 project, than selected Examples, H7R, and LwIP_UDPTCP_Echo_Server_Netconn_RTOS .

When I open LwIP_UDPTCP_Echo_Server_Netconn_RTOS.ioc, I get this error.
