Hi,

I am using STM controller(STML031K6) first time and I have successfully run led program now I want to use timer (interrupt basis) but facing issues(undefined reference).

Hello,

From your code, I conclude you're using CubeMx code generator tool.

Did you enable TIM2 from the CubeMx GUI or just you did a copy paste of TIM2 configuration from another project?

If you copied it, I suggest you to configure TIM2 in CubeMx as it will activate the define HAL_TIM_MODULE_ENABLED in stm32l0xx_hal_conf.h to include stm32l0xx_hal_tim.h in your project.

If you don't activate TIM in the GUI, each time you generate the code HAL_TIM_MODULE_ENABLED  will be "undefined".

Sounds like you haven't included the HAL Timer stuff into your Project.

Please use this button to properly post source code:

Use the code pasting tool </> if dumping source code inline.

Check you have the TIM library source included in the project build.

That hal_stm32l0xx_conf.h calls out the TIM module for inclusion.

A nice try for 1st time user ))

But actually you need to configure a timer (or several) in Cube/Configuration view and regenerate code.

All needed library files should be added for you.

I am confused to configure "TIM2". I want to make a timer with interrupt basis can You please help me to configure it.
