Unable to upload code via st link v2 on stm32h725vgt6

Sir

We are not able to program the stm32h725vgt6 board.We got some issues and in order to rectify the issue we have connected VDDSMPS and VFBSMPS to the GND and voltage on the VCAP ia about 1V for supply 3.3V V. But still unable to program the board.
