STM32IDE Login problem

Hello, I'm having an issue with my STM32IDE. I just installed it, and when I try to log in, I press the "myST" -> "Login" button, and it opens a box called "User Authentication Dialog," but it's blank, and I can't log in. This is important because many features require logging into the IDE, and I can't work properly without it.

First let me thank you for posting.

Let's start by checking your network parameters.
Are you using any proxy to connect? If it's the case check this article on how to configure the network settings for STM32CubeIDE and STM32CubeMX : How to set the network connection parameters for S... - STMicroelectronics Community

Also the article describe how you can install FW packs manually without connecting.
