I've spent hours searching and debugging why PC13 is "broken", almost gave up.
The reason is that the setting in stm32cubeide says on RTC-output is disabled, but still it's on PC13.
-This has to be set as "no RTC output" ! Now it's "disabled" or whatever...
Why is this so ? Doesn't disabled mean disabled anymore ?
