Clean install doesnt help either.

Hello @Sweed and welcome to the community,

 

Could you check the include paths of the project and make sure that the path "../Drivers/STM32F3xx_HAL_Driver/Inc" is included. If it is not the case, it may be causing the problem you have found.

For this error, please make sure that you have already installed the plugin "com.st.stm32cube.ide.mcu.externaltools.make.win32_2.1.100.202310302056" with your CubeIDE installation. Otherwise, reinstall the CubeIDE.
