I got my login password rejected for no apparent reason. I use Firefox's password manager to store the passwords. After a few tries I realised what was happening. When I log in it is to my.st.com, so the password manager is looking for a password for that URL. However when I reset my password and enter a new one it is to www.st.com, and the manager saves the new value under that URL, leaving the my.st.com one unchanged. Of course both sites are using the same userid and password so I need to manually copy the changed password to the my.st.com entry.
It would be nice if the site used the same URL for both purposes, login and password change.
