Why doesn't P-Nucleo-WB55 connect to the ST-LINK Utility?

I'm using ST-LINK of p-nucleo-wb55 board.

I tried to connect P-Nucleo-wb55 to the ST-LINK Utility, but I can't.

Below the comment of ST-LINK Utility.

         Please select "Connect Under Reset" mode from Target->Settings menu and try again.

11:09:22 : Unexpected error

When I using the STM32CubeIDE Debug, it works.

But I want to erase the program of wb55.

Can I erase the program on the STM32CubeIDE?

or How can i connect the ST-LINK Utility to P-Nucleo-WB55?
