i am using LoRa E5 dev board for programming my code , i am using STM32 stlink debugger with stm32 cube programmer , the board is not connecting my stm32 cube programmer , the serial number is showing 1 but when i am trying to connect it is not connecting and showing UR connection mode is defined with the HWrst reset mode , it is mentioned in the manual like
Erase Factory AT Firmware section first, as if we need to erase the Factory AT Firmware before we program with SDK. After erasing the Factory AT Firmware it CANNOT be recovered.
i dont know how to erase and code for the controller .

This ST-LINK seems to be a non genuine one, so it might be the cause of the connection problem.
