I found some bug in STM32CubeIDE. The bits in the PWR_CR5 register that STM32CubeIDE shows do not match RM0434

I confirm the issue: PWR_CR5 is wrongly described in the svd file.

I reported this issue internally. 

Internal ticket number: 130639 (This is an internal tracking number and is not accessible or usable by customers).
