I can see some of the devices like nrf52840 can be used as ble sniffer and integration with wireshark has been created. May i know if i can use STM32WB55 as BLE sniffer?.

No technical issue to use the STM32WB chip for a sniffer but we did not start any integration with the Wireshark application, nor with the Nordic one.
You will have to develop this fonctionality yourself.
