when did stm start to sell H7 series MCU?

That is an STM32F407IGH6 perhaps 2009 / 2019, this is not an H745

I made mistake. please refer to the attached photo. I have the following questions.

1. What is the version of bootloader for below st32H745 chip? and DFU version?

2. When flashing M7 large code, segment[2] fails, but when flashing M7 smaller code (not using segment[2]), it works fine.

To identify the bootloader version, you need to refer to the section "Bootloader identification" in AN2606 STM32 microcontroller system memory boot mode.
