I want to add 1 Vss pin in there.

You're still not very clear on what you're trying to achieve?

You want to add 1 Vss pin to among the already 4 Vss pins to make 5 Vss pins? Or are you wanting to convert 1 of Vss pin to a GPIO?

You didn't mention why you want to do that?! Do you have a PCB constraint and you have a GND layout that you are obliged to pass through a GPIO pin? if yes, which pin?
