did you initialise those pins at startup ? you would have to set the alternate function to GPIO.
did you use the cube ?

how did you define the port pins? Push pull, internal pull-up, etc... there the pin configuration is missing.

yes I did initialized them completely, otherwise it wouldn't work at all.

Looks like you are running at 12MHz, which is very slow...
Do you have a 25MHz crystal on the PCB ?
are you sure its running at 25MHz ? do you have a scope for that ?
is this PCB hand soldered ?
did you want to send your code ?

there is no PCB yet, but there will be, I can send you the code but how does the 12MHz slow clock have anything to do with turning on the heat elements?
