Hello @Amilton Rogério da Silva ,
I reproduced your request with STM32CubeIDE 1.18.1, and I was able to install the STM32H7 Firmware 1.12.0.
Thanks.

Hi,
We are unable to unzip the STM32H7 Firmware 1.12.0 out of some reasons, but we don't know why.
Exactly like this.

I was having this exact same issue and after some time of trying a few different things I found that the cause for me was there was not enough storage space in my C drive. To get this to work, I needed at least 6GB of space on my C drive, after I made that change it seemed to resolve the issue. The H7 series STM32 projects seem to require a larger amount of space than many of the other projects which may be why I hadn't encountered this issue before. I hope this helps.
For reference, I was using STM32 CubeIDE version 1.18.1
