STM32H745 Not Connecting - "No STM32 Target Found" Error

I am facing an issue where my STM32H7 board is not detected using STM32CubeProgrammer. I am using an STLINK-V3SET programmer, and the following error keeps appearing:
Error log:

- Board: STM32H745xi series
- Debugger: STLINK-V3SET
- Software: STM32CubeProgrammer
- Voltage: 3.3V confirmed
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Which HW? ST board or custom board? if ST board, which one? if custom board what power supply are you setting SMPS or LDO?
Becarefull, if you didn't set the correct power supply which needs to be inline with your HW, you broken your board. So you need to recover it with this manipulation: How can I recover my STM32H7 board after facing a power configuration deadlock?
