When finish run my code ，those code of enable like __HAL_RCC_GPIOJ_CLK_ENABLE();
__HAL_RCC_UART8_CLK_ENABLE();__HAL_RCC_I2C4_CLK_ENABLE();do not change color of  purple like the picture still black, this mean i lost some file o no、

Try rebuilding the index. Right click the project -> index -> rebuild.
