Hi all,
I used the same setting and the same software, keil uVision5. The only different is use my own board rather than EVB, STM32F769I-EVAL. BTW, I use my own board and STM32 ST-Link utility.
Sometimes I can successfully go to debug mode, but sometimes I can't.
My question is why keil uVision5 shows 'Error: Flash Download failed - ''Cortex-M7'''.
I had erased first then rebuild finished, the next step is starting debug session. Unlucky, it shows error.
May need your support on this issue, thank you.

Hello,
You need to check your hardware of your own board. Check the VCAPx pins voltage and compare them to what was stated in the datasheet:
Check also the power supply VDD.
Did you refer to the documentation like AN4661 when you started to design your board (see Figure 24 for reference design)?
