Excuse me.

STM32F103ZET6 is included in my board.Documents from internal flash is being used.I do not know what kind of flash. #stm32-internal-flash-kind

I do not know what kind of flash.

I believe it use 130nm NOR. The F2 and F4 1MB parts use 90nm, and the F4 2MB uses 70nm.
