So it happens that i have an overlaping pins if I try to connect an sdram 16Mx16bit an an 24bid RGB LCD. Will there be any major complication if I connect overlaping LCD bit to ground? Do i have to cange software initialization for this?

Thanks

I don't know what sort of LCD are you using,  you omit data bits which determine only color information (i.e. there is no initialization sequence or control seqences through those bits) then you simply will have reduced number of colors. That effect is more pronounced with pins of higher bit number. It's more appropriate to connect such pin to its neighbour (e.g. B4 to B5) rather than to ground it.

Don't initialize the pins which you don't use.
