Then, testing testing testing, or passing through Cisco Networking Academy, to assess the network usage, the time needed to process the packets and to answer, to know what is the U/D ratio etc...

The world is not that simple, I guess.

Start with minimum possible resources and add, if it's not enough 🙂

I'd start with maximum affordable resources and shrink.
