It's not a suitable target, you might look at uCLinux, but again it might be helpful to determine if this platform is suitable.

MCUs aren't built to run Linux. Look at the STM32MP series, or a raspberry pi if you linux in a small package size. Otherwise, it's going to be an uphill battle.
