The part is supported according to the Segger website. Guessing this is more of a support question for Segger.

If I'm understanding things correctly, the STM32G0 defaults to ignoring the BOOT0 pin unless the flash is empty. What this means is that you'll be able to program it only a single time unless some bits in the flash option bytes are changed. Whether that can be done in the debugger before flashing the device, or whether the very first code flashed into the device needs to do this is unclear to me.
