I have a new project which should use only parts with life time of around 10 years. Where can I see on ST's website these information for a MCU?

Most (all?) are 10 years starting Jan 2021. Based on history, these dates are likely to be extended even further.

All STM32 are part of the so-called rolling commitment, which annually reviews the foreseeable market demand for each individual family (STM32F0, STM32F1, etc.) over the next 10 years. It cannot be seen that the demand for a family will decrease - on the contrary.

If the price of, for example, STM32F207VC would come down to the same as a STM32F107VC, then people would at least stop putting F1 into new designs and move to F2. :)
