hello, i have a sensor that outputs a 10 volt and i want to read it's values with th stm32f303vc board wich it's analog pin voltage is about 3.3v so my sensor's output voltage need's to be regulated

You don't want a regulator, you probably need an OPAMP to get the sensor output into a usable range.
Or connect an external ADC with a broader input range.

STM32 pins can read up to 3.3V on that board. You'll need a resistor divider to get the 0-10V output into the 0-3.3V range.
At least I think that's what you're asking. It's not really about a voltage regulator.

Voltage regulator is used as a power supply.
