Can we expect shortage issue to go away in the near future. Both JLCPCB and Digikey have been having stock issues for months. I'm unable to get the MCU I've designed my project around (F303C[B/C]Tx). Digikey only has the lower flash mem options available.
Can we expect this to alleviate? Is the F3 line being spun down? Are there suppliers that have the 303 in stock? Thank you.

There is a world wide supply chain issue currently, perhaps you've seen coverage in the mainstream news and business news outlets?
Those with orders on the books will get their parts first, and in the scale of things retail distributors like DigiKey are relatively small players. Large customers tend to have buyers, and planners with queued delivery, those guys are already spooked at deliveries being pushed out.
If you haven't ordered parts yet, probably going to be August. Not clear when free stock (off the shelf) availability will return.
You could try the arbitrage/consignment players. Try places like Octopart to find those looking to sell. https://octopart.com/

Yikes. Not what I wanted to hear :( Is this just ST, or all MCUs?

Also: If you're right, this is a smoking gun to not use STM32 anytime soon for a commercial project.

Also there was a fire at the AKM facility, one that supplies die used in several critical sub-components. Figure telco, wireless, gnss, clocking.
Figure anyone holding surplus stock with be selling it at a premium.

There are plenty of other semi-conductor vendors quoting 26 to 37 week factory lead times.
I'd certainly recommend shopping the market and get some situational awareness about current conditions.
