Are you aware of any FLASH corruption issues with STM32L431? (I have checked latest errata)

To finish my question: We have seen a few instances of units ’locking’. When we try to read the FLASH we get the message “Cannot read Memory – Disable Read Out Protection and re-try? . We did not enable read out protection in the first place so it looks like the FLASH has somehow become corrupted.

Often a comms issue. Haven't seen any issues with L432 parts. Does any of your code write to memory? Did these parts work and test properly previously?
Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Yes we write to memory. Proto units have been functioning ok for a few months now. But occasionally we get this lock up. Seems to coincide with power cycling
