Would you please suggest us alternate microcontroller for which should be the advance version of STM32G431RBT6 and operating voltage should be more than 105 Celsius.

T3/7 suffix instead of T6 indicates extended temperature range. Look on the website "order direct" for an indication of availability

So load the MCU finder application, enter your requirements and search yourself.How should other people know what "advance" your need?

Just put "STM32 Finder" or "STM32 Search" or similar into your favourite search engine ...

@ny851 If you are only interested in the larger temperature range, you will find the relevant information on the product website, in your case the variants with 125°C STM32G431RBT3 (tray) or STM32G431RBT3TR (tape & reel).
