ADC value not able to read.

Hi, i got a fan failure project . For that i need to select 2 adc channels in DMA mode for rms calculation , and 2 digital input for my powerfactor reading . here i am using AC (230Vac) and DC (5v) supply both .

I select two timers with 100khz interrupt . one timer for powerfactor calculation and other one for rms calculation .

Firstly i am not able to read any ADC values. if i cant read adc values i wont be able to calculate rms also.

Second i am not able to read my power factor also . i am reading these values in my oled.

i have attached my code below if any error is there or if i need to add anything to my code please suggest or give me any suggestion please. please help me with it
